When progress stalls (and what happens next)


Hey Reader,

This week I’ve been thinking about one of my clients I’ve been supporting for the past year.

When we started, she was struggling with weight, low energy, and that heavy fog that makes everything feel harder than it should. With some lifestyle shifts and gentle coaching, she began to sleep better, her mood lifted, and she lost a few kilos.

Then… she got stuck.

It was frustrating for her — and honestly, for me too. I could feel how much she wanted change, but something deeper was happening.
Eventually, we discovered her thyroid wasn’t functioning properly, inflammation was high, and her vitamin D and insulin levels were out of balance.

Fast forward a few months… she’s glowing.
Her blood test results show significant improvement, her body is responding, and her energy feels lighter. It’s been incredible to witness.


We often forget that progress isn’t linear.

You can be doing everything “right” — eating well, moving, sleeping — and still hit a wall.
Sometimes what’s needed is deeper support: a coach, a specialist, or just someone who believes in you when you’re losing hope.

It’s not weakness to ask for help. It’s wisdom.
Because when you find the right kind of support, everything starts to shift again.


For me, this was a reminder that healing isn’t about time — it’s about hope.

Healing means staying curious even when results aren’t showing up yet.
It means trusting that your body — and the person inside it — can and will respond once the right support is in place.

My role isn’t to push for progress, but to help create the space where it can happen.
